Your Health: Science vs. Emotion

“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them — every day begin the task anew.” - Saint Francis de Sales

When it comes to adopting a healthy lifestyle and transforming your body, it’s easy to get confused by all the science out there.

“What should I be reading?”

“Is what I’m reading true?”

“What the hell am I reading!?”

These are typical responses when people start to do some research.  This can often lead to being discouraged and ultimately, giving up.

From Russia with Love (Part 1)

For the past 3 months or so, I have been spending a lot of time with some Russians.

Although it may sound sexy in that James Bond sort of way, there was nothing pleasurable about these past 3 months.

Track Your Progress

“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.”

Have you ever felt that way?  I know I have.

Like most people, I see myself everyday in the mirror.   Continue reading

Lucky for you, I’m a nice guy and have decided to share my secrets.

Here they are, in no particular order, my 3 tips to a better squat. Continue reading
